Construction Labourer (Concrete & Testing Support)

PSA is looking for a reliable and motivated Construction Labourer to support our in-house concrete casting and testing operations. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in doing things safely, and wants to build new skills in precast concrete and product testing.
What you’ll be doing
Assist with formwork setup, preparation and stripping
Support reinforcement placement and concrete preparation
Assist with concrete pouring, vibrating and finishing
Safely handle, move and store materials and concrete specimens
Maintain a clean, organised and safe workshop and yard
Assist with basic tools, equipment setup and general workshop duties
Support safe lifting and handling of concrete elements
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in construction, labouring or a similar hands-on role preferred
Strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to learn
Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
Basic experience using hand and power tools
Strong commitment to safety, teamwork and quality workmanship
