Join a hands-on role where no two days are the same. We’re looking for a reliable Factory Hand / Labourer to help service and maintain our hire equipment, including braces and props, while supporting warehouse picking, packing and dispatch.

Key responsibilities

• Service and maintain hire equipment, including braces and props, to a high standard

• Remove debris and concrete residue from props using power tools

• Safely store braces and equipment in designated locations

• Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders for dispatch

• Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing goods

• Check quantities, quality and condition of goods, and verify paperwork

• Record shortages and assist with stock counts and inventory accuracy

• Store goods correctly and ensure exits, fire equipment and accessways remain clear

• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe warehouse, yard and driveway areas

• Complete and return all relevant paperwork promptly and accurately

About You

• Experience in warehouse, factory, yard or labouring roles

• Comfortable with physical work and manual handling

• Good attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Reliable, punctual and a strong team player

• Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
