PSA (Plastic Solutions Australia Pty Ltd) provides exceptional service to the building and construction industry offering consumable products for the concrete (precast/ tilt-up) and formwork markets. We are a longstanding well regarded brand, based in Scoresby.

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our busy team on site.

This hands-on role is key to ensuring our sites, equipment, and surrounding areas are maintained in a safe, clean, and fully operational condition. You will play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations by carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance to minimise downtime and maintain a safe working environment for all staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine site inspections to identify maintenance needs

• Perform general building maintenance (walls, doors, floors, lighting, fixtures)

• Carry out preventative maintenance on plant and equipment

• Identify equipment faults and coordinate repairs

• Maintain safe, clean, and organised maintenance areas

• Ensure site grounds, walkways, and outdoor areas are tidy and hazard-free

• Liaise with external contractors for specialised works

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements

• Promptly report hazards, risks, and maintenance issues

• Support safe site conditions including racking, exits, signage, and PPE compliance

• Respond to urgent repair requests as required

About You

• Proven experience in a similar maintenance or handyman role

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities

• Good understanding of workplace health & safety practices

• Physically capable of performing manual tasks

• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
