We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the accurate, safe, and efficient handling of goods to meet both customer expectations and company standards.

About the Role

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for picking and packing orders, loading and unloading goods, and maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment. Attention to detail, safety awareness, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders in line with company requirements

• Ensure all goods are clearly labelled and shortages are recorded

• Safely load and unload inbound and outbound goods

• Load goods in the correct sequence according to delivery schedules

• Check incoming and outgoing goods for quality and verify paperwork

• Assist with stock counts and accurate inventory recording

• Store goods in designated locations without obstructing exits or safety equipment

• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and surrounding areas

• Complete and manage all relevant documentation in a timely manner

About You

• Previous warehouse experience with valid forklift licence (essential)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to workplace health and safety

• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
